Job summary

Gundersen Health System’s Emplify Health division in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in pelvic health to join the therapy team. You will examine, diagnose, prognose, and intervene for pelvic floor conditions with personalized treatment plans for male and female patients.

The role offers a 1.0 FTE schedule with 60-minute appointments, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing professional development through MedBridge and the Career Development Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved curriculum.
• State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist License.
• BLS for Health Care Providers from AHA or Red Cross.
• Knowledge, skills, and experience in treating complex pelvic floor conditions preferred.
• Board-certified in pelvic health or PWCS highly desired; must be credentialed with Gundersen prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose, and intervene in pelvic floor conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and timely communication.
