Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join the Onalaska outpatient therapy team. You will treat orthopedic and general PT patients, with potential to work with pelvic floor patients, delivering patient-centered care close to home.

Responsibilities include examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function through collaboration with other clinicians. Starting salary is $82,305 with growth based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑approved curriculum.
• Wisconsin Physical Therapist License required.
• Infant–Adult BLS certification for Health Care Providers.
• OCS certification is preferred or optional depending on candidate.
• Experience in outpatient ortho settings strongly desired.
• Dry needling knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, diagnose, prognose, and intervene to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop plans of care and provide treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.
• Manage typical caseloads including knee/hip post‑op and various musculoskeletal conditions.
