Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Physical Therapist in High Point, North Carolina. The role requires a B.S., M.S., or D.P.T. degree, valid state licensure, and CPR/BLS certification.

The incumbent will provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, document thoroughly, and contribute to maintaining quality care standards. Schedule is Mon-Fri with optional Saturday clinic hours. Relocation assistance of up to $7,500 is available for qualified candidates, and involvement in interdisciplinary care

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment per the Standard of Practice.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Promotes quality patient outcomes and participates in process improvements.
