Job summary

Atrium Health Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and plan PT programs to restore function and prevent disability. The role emphasizes therapeutic modalities, patient education, and comprehensive discharge planning within a team-based clinical setting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, North Carolina licensure, and BLS certification, with pelvic floor experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• NC license for Physical Therapy is required.
• BLS certification per policy guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and plans/implements physical therapy programs to restore function.
• Documents evaluations, tests, progress notes and discharge plans.
• Supervises PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
• Communicates progress to physicians and other clinical staff; coordinates schedules and discharge planning.
