Airlite Plastics is seeking a Pelletizer Operator to join our Omaha, NE team. You will manage the recycling of scrap and ground materials, operate pelletizing machinery, and ensure quality and efficiency across production, inventory, and safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run pelletizing machines, monitor production efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings and feed rates to optimize output.
• Troubleshoot machine issues using a guide; escalate complex problems.
• Inspect finished products for quality and specifications.
• Sort, package, weigh, and label finished products.
• Record production data and maintain inventory records.
• Transport materials using motorized rolling stock.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in work areas.
• Report food safety issues to management.
• Maintain attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
