Qualifications

• High school diploma or equiv. preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, loud industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines to produce pellet based on production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance on extrusion equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure processes run stably at standard speed and output on assigned lines.
• Document results and maintain PPS compliance; take material samples on time for quality checks.
