Job summary

Lignetics Group is seeking a Mill Equipment Operator to operate and adjust pellet mills, perform QC testing, and monitor raw material moisture in a full-time AM/PM shift in Missouri. Training on first shift for the first three months is provided, with pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

The role involves equipment maintenance, moisture control targets, and documentation, with a focus on safety and quality per company standards. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of the production process.
• Must be able to pass the company forklift certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust 3 pellet mills.
• Perform QC testing of finished pellets.
• Test incoming raw material moisture and mix moisture.
• Conduct roll changes on pellet mills using overhead hoist.
• Perform routine process inspections to identify issues.
