Job summary

Lignetics Group is seeking a Mill Equipment Operator in Kentucky for a full-time night shift (10 pm–6 am, Mon–Fri). The role involves operating and adjusting pellet mills, performing QC tests on finished pellets and raw materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, basic math skills, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and perform basic measurements and QC tests.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Requires lifting up to 80 lbs and standing for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Requires climbing ladders up to 30 feet and working in high temperature/humidity areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust 3 pellet mills; perform QC testing of finished pellets.
• Test incoming raw materials and monitor moisture content.
• Record pellet quality data and communicate with dryer operator.
• Maintain mill area cleanliness and conduct routine inspections.
• Assist packaging, loader, and dryer operators on shift.
