• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret measurements.
• Ability to read data trends and adjust processes accordingly.
• Commitment to safety standards and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance and make tooling and equipment changes to meet throughput and quality targets.
• Perform inspections and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Review work orders to determine materials and procedures for pellet production.
• Adjust machine components to control speed, pressure and temperatures.
• Monitor operations using indicators and gauges to detect malfunctions.
• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping to required standards.
• Complete accurate production and maintenance reporting; escalate issues promptly.
