Job summary

Lignetics Group is seeking a Mill Equipment Operator for day shift operations in our facility. You will operate and adjust pellet mills, perform QC testing, and monitor raw material moisture and output quality.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a focus on safety. Forklift certification may be required; strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of production processes and safety protocols.
• Must pass forklift certification.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and standing long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust 3 pellet mills and monitor output.
• Perform QC tests on finished pellets and moisture tests on raw materials.
• Record measurements and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with downtime repairs and reporting incidents.
• Complete daily shift summary reports.
