The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in heavy industry, preferably within a pellet plant. Responsibilities also include managing contractors, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience in heavy industry, preferably in a pellet plant.
• Proven experience leading operation teams and managing work orders and schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively train and mentor employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the pellet plant to ensure product quality.
• Coordinate maintenance personnel in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
