Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to bend, stoop and reach while lifting stacks of flats.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to read safety rules and procedures.
• Able to work indoors in a wet and humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Train processing and production personnel in the assigned department.
• Update training when equipment changes or new procedures are implemented.
• Maintain safety, GMPs, and sanitation standards throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with supervisors to manage packaging and Pelbo line operations.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and adherence to USDA requirements.
