Job summary

PEMEX Deer Park seeks a strategic PEI Manager to lead the Pressure Equipment Integrity program, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance for refinery assets. The role directs 26 company staff and 50 contractors, managing a $15 million annual budget and coordinating with senior management on turnarounds and asset stewardship.

The position requires strong leadership, RBI/FFS experience, and a deep understanding of mechanical integrity in refining.

Qualifications

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Excellent understanding of refinery operations, maintenance practices, turnaround execution, infrastructure planning, and capital project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward the refinery Pressure Equipment Integrity Management (PEIM) program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and site governance.
• Establish and maintain inspection, corrosion management, and pressure equipment integrity programs.
• Provide governance of RBI, IOWs, FFS, repair strategies, and MDIs.
• Monitor performance with metrics and scorecards.
• Lead workforce planning, coaching, and development of the PEI team.
