Job summary

Deer Park Refining Limited Partnership (DPRLP) seeks a Senior Manager, Pressure Equipment Integrity to provide strategic leadership for the PEI Department at the Deer Park refinery in Texas. The role ensures safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance of pressure equipment through robust technical assurance, RBI, corrosion management, and mechanical integrity programs.

Qualifications

• Leadership capability to influence, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, supplier management, contract governance, category management, and contractor oversight.
• Strong understanding of refinery operations, maintenance, turnaround, infrastructure planning, and capital project delivery.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward the refinery PEI management program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, governance, and engineering practices.
• Establish and maintain RBI, corrosion management, pressure vessel, piping, storage tank, and mechanical integrity programs.
• Ensure risks are identified, assessed, communicated, and managed using RBI and other risk-based methods.
• Provide governance of RBI, IOWs, FFS, repair strategies, and MT&C for pressure equipment integrity.
• Lead a high-performing technical organization through workforce planning, development, and budgeting.
• Maintain interfaces with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Projects, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Support long-range planning, turnaround readiness, and capital investment decisions.
