Job summary

Axiom Software Solutions Limited in Raleigh, NC seeks a PEGA Lead to oversee design, upgrade, and deployment of Pega applications up to Infinity 23+. You will coordinate offshore/onshore teams, drive containerized deployments in OpenShift or Kubernetes, and ensure best practices across DevOps and QA for scalable Pega solutions.

The role requires strong Pega experience (8+ years), CSSA/CLSA preferred, and excellent communication to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and testers

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of IT experience with at least six in Pega.
• Experience leading Pega upgrades (8.x, Infinity 23+).
• Strong knowledge of Pega Infinity architecture, DX API, case lifecycle, Pega Constellation, and Dev Studio.
• Hands-on deployment and management in OpenShift or Kubernetes containers.
• Experience with MSSQL data migration and database integration.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, container images, and deployment automation.
• Experience coordinating offshore teams in an agile environment.
• Pega CSSA or CLSA certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects including design, development, upgrade, deployment, and support.
• Drive platform upgrades from older versions to Pega Infinity 23+.
• Support containerized deployments in OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Coordinate offshore/onshore development teams across time zones.
• Collaborate with DevOps, architecture, and QA to deliver scalable Pega apps.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot performance and integration issues across environments.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
