Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data modeling, UI rules, validations, declarative/decision rules.

Job description

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Development: Participate as needed in the development and implementation of PEGA software based on approved design. Write new programs or create modifications to existing applications as necessary based on product specifications. Follow established standards for the design, coding, and testing of software. Also has responsibility for developing and implementing internal projects and toolsets for consumption by other team members that improve team productivity and quality. Has experience of Pega upgrades.
• Testing: Work with users to validate system testing and conformity with functional requirements.
• Implementation: Follow appropriate change management and implementation procedures. Ensure that appropriate technical and functional documentation is prepared. Co-ordinate the implementation process.
• Support: Provide support to new or upgraded applications during and after implementation.

Location for this position is Atlanta, GA, US

This role needs travel as per project needs.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of experience in the job description below
• Should have work as PEGA Implementation Lead for US Customers with Onsite- Offshore Model. Should be aware of the LEAN principles and able to lead all customer BPO/Customer Interfacing

Mandatory Skills

• Pega Infinity Application Design and Development with CSSA/LSA certification by PEGA
• Should have Application Architecture and Design Experience and should be able to convert business requirements into design.
• Should have expertise in DCO tools like Application Profiler, Enterprise Application Accelerator.
• Should have experience in development, support projects and to setting up PRPC environments.
• Should have good Knowledge in formulating design of class Structure.
• Should have good knowledge on Data Modelling, UI rules, Validation, Declarative and Decision, Correspondence rules, PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes.
• Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have both PEGA Scrum(Agile) and smart BPM experience .
• Should have Experience on Design Review, Code Review using PRPC best practices and PEGA Guardrails.
• Should be familiar and be able to do estimations for enhancements/projects.
• Should have knowledge in Performance tools (PAL,AES,PLA) and Deployment Process using PEGA Tools .
• Should have Knowledge on Agents and File Listeners.
• Knowledge on AccessGroup, ClassGroup, Access Roles, Privileges.
