Detailed Job Description

As a Lead Pega System Architect (LSA) in Charlotte, NC via Racedog Technologies, you will serve as the principal technical authority responsible for directing high-complexity Pega application development and architectural governance. Your daily responsibilities will encompass designing enterprise class structures, ensuring optimal system performance, leading code reviews, and mentoring development squads. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical leads to deliver robust enterprise solutions.   • Minimum of 12+ years of professional IT experience, with extensive specialized expertise in Pega Platform architecture.
  • Mandatory certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) with Part 2 complete.
  • Proven track record leading complex enterprise Pega implementation and digital transformation programs.
  • Deep technical proficiency in Pega case management, enterprise class structure, integrations, and performance tuning.
  • Outstanding analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
  • Mandatory residency/work authorization: Ability to operate fully onsite in Charlotte, NC.
