Senior Pega Business Architect - Remote

Role Overview

We are recruiting Certified Senior Pega Business Architects who are currently in the U.S. and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. This is a remote position.

Who Are You?

You are a Senior Pega Business Architect skilled in formulating solutions, defining scope and objectives, and understanding business systems and industry requirements.

Essential Functions

1. Provide Pega solutioning expertise to clients and stakeholders.
2. Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes for project success.
3. Develop functional business requirements and assist users in assessing priorities.
4. Understand business processes and evaluate alternative solutions to enhance operations.
5. Communicate requirements, use cases, and UI designs effectively with internal teams and clients.
6. Support Pega development or implementation efforts.
7. Develop business/system requirements, test plans, and facilitate testing phases.
8. Collaborate with peers to deliver technology solutions.
9. Develop industry knowledge to support continuous improvement.
10. Validate test results with the application development team.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Certified Senior Pega Business Architect or willingness to get certified.
• 2-5 years of business analysis experience.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and translate business processes into technical specifications.
• Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of system development life cycle concepts.
