Job Description

Position Overview: As an Enterprise Architect specializing in Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our Strategic Sales team. You will craft tailored CX and EX solutions aligned with client needs, collaborating closely with Product and Services owners to develop innovative solutions that enhance experiences and drive sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solution Development and Strategy: Lead the creation of customized architectural solutions that integrate CX and EX technologies for prospective clients. Understand client needs through direct engagement, translating requirements into actionable solutions.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor, establishing strong relationships through insightful discussions and presentations. Participate in meetings and workshops to demonstrate value and address technical inquiries.
  3. Collaborative Solutioning: Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive solutions that meet client specifications and business objectives. Foster teamwork for optimal client experiences.
  4. Sales Support: Support sales discussions with technical expertise and data-driven recommendations to demonstrate how our solutions meet client challenges.
  5. Innovation and Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging CX and EX technologies. Recommend innovative approaches to differentiate our solutions.
  6. Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, articulating complex concepts accessibly to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise digital customer engagement and/or Martech platforms such as Pega, Adobe, Braze, Salesforce.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and advanced GenAI/AI/automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of microservices, containerization, and serverless architectures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse audiences on technical topics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications like TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
Additional Details:

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $116,800 - $146,000 USD annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
