Job Specific Description:
Responsible for development of technology focused multi-generational plans in support of operational strategies for Global Treasury operations with a focus on standardization, simplification, and optimization.
Responsible for evaluating existing technology capabilities against operational objectives and making recommendations for improvement.
Responsible for evaluating complex process improvement opportunities and developing the appropriate technology solutions in partnership with Technology, Line of Business, and Front Line Units.
Develop actionable business cases to deliver value and partner across the Enterprise to gain support.
Responsible for identifying data requirements and gathering data through automated or manual techniques to support the execution of identified projects.
Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design-oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits
Implements complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability
Required Skills :
Extensive experience designing and implementing technology platforms at Bank of America.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in process design in Banking operational processes.
Strong presence and leadership skills and ability to communicate at an executive level across business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving.
Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business questions.

Desired Skills :
Associates typically have a Bachelor's degree in in Engineering or Technology disciplines.
Background in developing PEGA based workflow solutions
Solid acumen across the BAC enterprise, particularly as it pertains to technology capabilities
Knowledge of Treasury or Consumer banking products and supporting technology
Knowledge of Bank of America change standards
