Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Pega LSA Developer in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions using Constellation Architecture. We are looking for an experienced Pega LSA Developer with strong expertise in Pega Infinity, Constellation UI, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Pega solutions while adhering to Pega best practices and guardrails. This role requires hands-on experience with Constellation Architecture, case management, integrations, workflow automation, and application modernization initiatives.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using Pega Infinity and Constellation Architecture.
  • Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
  • Develop and configure case types, workflows, business rules, data models, and user interfaces using App Studio and Dev Studio.
  • Build modern UI solutions leveraging Pega Constellation and DX APIs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external applications and third-party systems.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Support deployment activities, production releases, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation UI Architecture.
  • Strong experience in Pega Infinity 23.x/24.x platforms.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Background in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
