Job summary

Synechron in Charlotte, NC is seeking highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineers to advance GenAI-powered solutions across enterprise software lifecycles. You will design, build, and deploy GenAI-driven tooling and integrations with Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor, collaborating with LOB teams to accelerate delivery and adoption.

The role demands strong full-stack skills (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python), distributed systems know-how, and hands-on CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (Java, React/Angular/TypeScript, Python).
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Event Driven and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Ex. OCP, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with: Devin / Claude / Anthropic models.
• Developer tools like Cursor / Copilot-equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of: Prompt engineering, RAG, Agent-based workflows, multi-agent architectures, MCP servers and integrations, agentic services and autonomous AI workflows.

We are seeking highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineers with deep expertise in Devin / Claude and modern GenAI tools to support enterprise-scale rollout and adoption. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on enabling LOB teams to improve the product delivery lifecycle through effective utilization of GenAI tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and integrating enterprise-grade applications and developer tooling, along with a passion for applying GenAI tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor to modern software engineering workflows.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $130k - $140k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
