Qualifications

• Minimum 5+yearsofPegadevelopmentexperience,includinglarge-scaleenterpriseprojects
• Lead experience
• Hands-onexpertisewithPega8.xplatform (applicationdevelopment,integration,casemanagement,etc.)
• Strongexperiencewithdesignpatterns,guardrails,andperformanceoptimizationinPega
• ProvenexperienceleadingteamsandprovidingtechnicalcoachinginAgileenvironments
• Excellentcommunicationanddocumentationskills
