Qualifications

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years software development experience or an equivalent combined with 8 years in lieu.
• Strong hands-on Pega experience and enterprise architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale workflows on the Pega Platform.
• Lead and mentor development teams; perform code reviews and architecture reviews.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and respond to incidents as needed.
