Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) and ensure integration with existing infrastructure.
• Define IT strategies and manage infrastructure to meet objectives.
• Lead teams in system design, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and information security protocols.
• Provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and development framework.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration.
• Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals.
• Coordinate with Pega vendor for Service Requests and resolutions.
• Manage Pega platform 508 defects and plans for resolution.
