Job summary

The position supports a flexible work model, with remote options within the Eastern Time Zone, and an emphasis on collaboration with distributed teams to ensure scalable, high-performance applications.

Qualifications

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification with proven tech leadership.
• Experience in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable Pega applications including class structures and UI models.
• Strong integration experience with enterprise platforms using REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with healthcare claims processing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration, testing, and optimization of Pega applications following best practices.
• Architect scalable Pega class structures, case types, workflows, and UI models for enterprise healthcare solutions.
• Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders across distributed environments to deliver solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement effective, technical solutions to complex issues.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery.
