Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System Enhancement - Develop modules, create testing methods, estimate feature changes and implement modifications.
• Analysis - Gather data from user requests, assess scope, time estimates and impact.
• Business Support - Provide production support and draft technical/operational documentation.
• Technical Expertise - Involve in SDLC, mentor teams and serve as technical resource.
• On-call Support - 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Stay current with Pega capabilities and AI technologies.
