Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System Enhancement - Develop modules, test plans, and time estimates for changes.
• Analysis - Gather data, assess scope, time estimates, and impacts.
• Business Support - Provide production support and draft technical documentation.
• Technical Expertise - Engage in SDLC activities and serve as a technical resource.
• On-call Support - Provide 24/7 on-call support via rotations.
