Capgemini, a global technology and consulting leader, seeks an experienced Pega Lead System Architect to design and deliver complex Pega solutions for BCM and Insurance verticals in the United States. You will mentor teams, shape architecture, and drive governance across DevOps pipelines and data models.

With 12+ years of Pega experience and a CLSA certification, you will partner with Solution Architects to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-value outcomes, while integrating with payment

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Pega development experience.
• Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles, tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows.
• Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews with a focus on domain-specific compliance and scalability.
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways, trading platforms, and insurance data providers.
