Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of complex Pega applications utilizing Pega Infinity and Constellation UX.
• Define reusable frameworks, components, and design standards to accelerate delivery and support long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and release governance.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices across development teams.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems, external data providers, payment platforms, and other critical business applications.
• Drive performance, scalability, security, and compliance considerations across all solution designs.
• Support CI/CD initiatives and DevOps practices for Pega deployments.
