Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 8+ years Pega design & architecture.
• PCLSA – PART 2 complete.
• Pega Smart Dispute framework experience & financial domain experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Pega Application implementation through Center Out approach.
• Mentor teams and drive successful implementations.
• Ensure alignment with Pega best practices, business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive design, architecture and delivery of Pega-based enterprise solutions.
