You will lead design, architecture, and delivery of Pega-based applications, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to set technical standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 6+ years in software development.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 10+ years in software development.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Platform.
• Serve as the technical lead for complex Pega implementations across multiple domains.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Pega GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, Agentic AI, and related capabilities.
• Build and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies using Pega CDH.
• Mentor and coach developers and system architects on Pega best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
