Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead production support, maintenance, and stabilization for a large enterprise Pega project.

You will head a dedicated team and collaborate with US business stakeholders to resolve complex architectural and performance issues. The role requires strong leadership, deep Pega expertise, and experience with CI/CD, cloud deployments, and incident management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 5+ years as a certified Pega LSA.
• Experience leading application support and operations for large Pega apps.
• Expert in Pega Architecture, ECS, security models, and async processing.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations and DB tuning.
• Familiar with Pega Cloud and modern UI architectures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with US clients.
• Ability to lead teams during outages and crises.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Authority for high-priority production incidents.
• Lead a team of support engineers and provide architectural governance.
• Define best practices for Pega guardrails, security, and hotfixes.
• Troubleshoot architectural bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Manage infrastructure health with Pega PDC, AWS monitoring, and logs.
• Oversee platform upgrades and zero-downtime changes.
• Partner with US business leaders and stakeholders to communicate status and risk.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines and automated hotfix deliveries with Deployment Manager.
• Collaborate with development teams for knowledge transfer.
