Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced Pega lead for a fulltime role. The candidate will design and develop PEGA PRPC applications and lead end-to-end architecture including case management, data modeling, and integration.

Qualifications

12+ years IT experience with 10+ years in PEGA PRPC design and development.
Java/J2EE experience is a plus.
Lead end-to-end Pega Infinity architecture including case management, data modeling, integration.
Hands-on experience with DX API based front-end integrations (React/Angular).
Experience with PEGA REST and SOAP services and WSDL/JMS integration.

Responsibilities

Guide and mentor architects and developers, performing design/code reviews.
Collaborate with business analysts and customers on design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
Provide updates to scrum masters, managers and project leaders on project progress and deliverables.
Coordinate with offshore teams, conduct code reviews and demos, ensure on-time delivery and quality.
Communicate effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders.
