Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; 10+ years preferred.
• Must have PEGA Implementation Lead experience for US customers.
• PEGA CSSA/LSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PEGA software per approved design.
• Lead testing validation with users and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate change management and documentation for implementations.
• Provide production support for new or upgraded applications.
