Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Pega Infrastructure Analyst in Minneapolis to lead platform administration, upgrades, and production support for large-scale Pega deployments.

You will design and implement Kafka externalization with DR, integrate Elasticsearch with AWS OpenSearch, manage Kubernetes/EKS and Helm-based deployments, containerize with Docker, and drive IaC pipelines, while upgrading Pega from v23 to v26 across dev, test, and prod environments.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and upgrading the Pega Platform in large environments.
• Experience with Kafka architecture and disaster recovery design and implementation.
• Experience integrating Elasticsearch with AWS OpenSearch Service.
• Administration of Kubernetes and Amazon EKS environments.
• Development of Helm charts and deployment automation.
• Containerization with Docker and image management.
• IaC pipelines implementation and automation.
• AWS networking and ALB configuration for ingress and load balancing.
• Production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and security.

Responsibilities

• Kafka externalization and disaster recovery implementation.
• Design and deploy production DR architecture with Active/Passive failover.
• Establish replication, monitoring, and failover for business continuity.
• Externalize Elasticsearch to AWS OpenSearch and integrate with Pega.
• Configure SRS EKS to OpenSearch and validate indexing and search performance.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for back-end services and Pega deployments.
• Upgrade Pega from v23 to v26 and coordinate across environments.
• Modernize containerized deployment processes using Docker, Helm, and IaC pipelines.
• Administer Kubernetes/IaaC, including Ingress, RBAC, and ALB configurations.
• Support operations for cluster management and application availability.
