Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2 years of Pega development experience and 1 year in delivering technology solutions through all phases of the SDLC, with CSA or CSSA certifications. Familiarity with Java, Go, SQL, and cloud technologies is preferred. US visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain solutions for the Complaints Pega application.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, code, and test technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems and production issues through troubleshooting.
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes to policies and procedures
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
• Follow the software development lifecycle
• Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures
