Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega development.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, components, and features.
• Experience with integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, JMS, and MQ.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega PRPC platform.
• Collaborate with analysts, PMs, and other developers to translate requirements.
• Create and maintain design docs, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated on Pega technologies and industry trends.
