Job summary

USAA in Arizona is seeking a Pega Developer to build, configure, test, and maintain the Complaints Pega application, contributing across the full software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of Pega development experience and 1 year in delivering technology solutions through all phases of the SDLC, with CSA or CSSA certifications. Familiarity with Java, Go, SQL, and cloud technologies is preferred. US visa sponsorship is not provided.

Develop, configure, test, and maintain solutions for the Complaints Pega application
Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle

Investigate and resolve technical problems and production issues through troubleshooting

Requirements

2 years of software development experience specific to Pega Development
1 year of experience delivering technology solutions in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle
CSA Certification
Basic understanding of one or more of: Java, Go, SQL, Pega
Knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting applications and systems within production issues
Ability to quickly understand applicable business acumen to provide appropriate Engineering solutions
Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools
