Precision Solutions is seeking a skilled Pega Developer to join our NSA-supporting team in Washington, D.C. This onsite role requires an active Top Secret clearance and offers up to $170k plus benefits.

You will design and implement Pega solutions, collaborate with business analysts and senior developers, and contribute across the full development lifecycle in a fast-paced federal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into customized Pega solutions.
• Implement Pega solutions per platform standards.
• Support development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment.
• Perform coding and unit testing using Pega features.
• Maintain client relationships with timely updates and risk escalation.
• Support post-deployment activities including production support and knowledge transfer.
