Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, a Washington, DC area company, seeks a Pega Developer for 100% onsite work. You will design, develop, and deploy Pega applications, customize configurations, integrate with other systems, and troubleshoot issues within a collaborative team environment.

Must be a US citizen with Top Secret clearance consideration and a relevant degree and certifications. The role requires strong problem-solving, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
• Experience with Pega Architecture (Intermediate).
• Experience with Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate).
• Experience with Pega Platform (Intermediate).
• Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
• Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
