Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer to join our Washington, DC area team on a 100% onsite basis. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy Pega applications in a collaborative environment and support project deliverables.

Because the role requires US citizenship and a Top Secret clearance, you must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
• Experience with Pega Architecture (Intermediate)
• Experience with Pega Software Application Development (Intermediate)
• Experience with Pega Platform (Intermediate)
• Must be able to work independently, with little to no oversight.
• Must be able to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Pega applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
