Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

1. Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise
2. Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application
3. Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions
4. Design, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that support business units
5. Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components
6. Effectively convey messages in both written and verbal development discussions

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment, and testing
• Pega Case Design, Flows, and Management
• Pega Implementation Architecture expertise
• Pega Case Management/Workflow
• Pega Integration
• Data Migration
• Certification and/or working experience on Pega PRPC 8.x or greater
• Agile experience

Desired skills:

• Banking domain Pega experience (especially in compliance and risk)
• Strong understanding of key business elements
• Prior framework implementation experience
• Strong data analysis skills
