Process Overview:

• EET - Innovation Shared Platform is responsible for delivering BPM technology strategy and foundational capabilities. Key goals include standardization of BPM platforms, reuse of assets, delivery excellence, and reducing TCO for process automation.

Job Description:

• Lead System Architect responsible for implementing technical solutions on the Pega platform. Must have a strong understanding of Pega 8 / Infinity platform and hands-on experience in solution architecture and application design.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega in delivering large, complex enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication skills for discussing and understanding business processes.
• Proficiency in Pega 8, Pega PRPC guardrails, and comprehensive understanding of Pega PRPC features.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise class structures, complex workflows, and design patterns.
• Experience in case management, data modeling, integrations, agents, and performance tuning.
• UX/UI design expertise and familiarity with UI guardrails.
• Knowledge of Pega upgrades, server configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to estimate and size high-level requirements.
• Experience with packaging and deployment.
• Database modeling and SQL query optimization, including Oracle SQL queries.

Requirements:

• Pega LSA certification (if any).
• Experience range: 12 to 16 years.

Desired skills:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a system architect on multi-tier web applications.
