New Freedom Ops LLC seeks a Vocational Electives Specialist-Peer Support Group Facilitator to develop and deliver elective curricula and workplace readiness programming, guiding members with peer support and recovery-focused strategies. The role collaborates with supervisors and clinical teams to prepare members for sustainable, full-time employment after graduation.

The position emphasizes crisis prevention, motivational coaching, and guiding members through individualized reintegration plans

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Peer Support Specialist certification required.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and facilitates vocational electives and workplace readiness curriculum through group sessions.
Collaborates with department leadership to launch and improve electives and skill-building programs.
Assists with enrollment coordination, scheduling, and documentation for appropriate electives.
Partners with external employers to support member job placement and expand elective opportunities.
Provides coaching and case management support focused on recovery, self-sufficiency, and employment preparation.
