The Vocational Electives Specialist-Peer Support Group Facilitator supports the development and delivery of elective curriculum and workplace readiness programming in collaboration with Vocational Supervisors and the Vocational Director. Serving as both a facilitator and role model, this position draws on personal recovery and work experience to guide members—offering peer support, advocacy, and case management. The role focuses on helping members in both outpatient and inpatient settings build vocational skills and prepare for sustainable, full-time employment after graduation.
