Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, supportive, and relationship-focused Peer Support Specialist to join our team. This position provides meaningful peer support to clients who are experiencing behavioral health challenges and/or mental health needs.
Using your lived experience, you will walk alongside clients as they navigate behavioral health services and other systems of care. You will help clients identify their goals, connect with resources, advocate for their needs, and build confidence in accessing the support available to their themselves and families.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

This is a community-based position that may require working across office, community, school, and family settings. The Parent Peer Support Specialist may interact with families experiencing significant behavioral health challenges or crisis situations.
The position requires the ability to travel throughout the community and work collaboratively with families, clinical professionals, service providers, and community organizations. Evening availability is required based on the needs of the families served.
