Job summary

Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care in Kent is seeking a Peer Support Services Supervisor to guide peer staff, ensure quality service provision, and support staff competence. The PSSS will supervise and train Peer Support Specialists and Parent Partners, oversee fidelity to best practices, and use outcomes measures to track progress.

The role requires familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices and Motivational Interviewing, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Peer Support Specialist in Washington is required.
• Experience in supervising peer staff and collaborating with professionals.
• Ability to train, supervise, and support Parent Partners and peers.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise Peer Support Specialists and Parent Partners.
