SHYAS Health in Salisbury, Charlotte and Sandford NC is seeking a Peer Support Services Program Manager to lead our growing team. This role requires attentive, punctual, and engaged leadership, overseeing clinical and administrative operations to ensure high-quality services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master's Level QP/Licensed Clinician preferred).
• Qualified Professional with experience serving the target population.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Minimum of two years of peer support experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all Peer Support intakes, access‑to‑care processes, authorizations, and service assignments.
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to Peer Support Team Leads and monitors staff productivity and documentation quality.
• Manages treatment protocols, utilization management, and service reviews (30/90 day, concurrent, quarterly, and annual).
• Ensures accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) and completion of required reports (NC TOPPS, QM, UM, LME/MCO).
• Leads quality improvement, compliance audits, staff training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintains community and provider relationships and represents the agency in stakeholder meetings.
• Supports program growth, strategic planning, and achievement of consumer census and billing goals.
