Milestone Centers Inc. in Wilkinsburg is seeking a Peer Support Supervisor to lead a team of Certified Peer Support Specialists and ensure recovery‑oriented services across the agency’s programs.

The role combines leadership, mentorship, and administrative duties to support staff and clients in their recovery journeys. This full‑time position requires overseeing operations, training, licensure compliance, and collaboration with internal and external partners to support clients’ recovery goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years mental health direct service experience or Certified Peer Supervisory training.
• Associate degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, political science, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education or related field; 3 years mental health direct service experience and CPRS supervisory training.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 2 years mental health direct service experience and CPRS supervisory training.
• Valid Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) or Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) credential.
• Mental Health Professional with Department-approved CPRS supervisory training.
• Two years of management experience preferred.
• Act 33, Act 34 clearance and FBI background check.
• Valid PA Driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Peer Support Program.
• Provide and document weekly in-person supervision with certified peer support staff.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and ethical guidelines.
• Oversee budget development and resource planning for the Peer Support Program.
• Coordinate team meetings to ensure alignment and engagement.
• Deliver direct peer support services based on recovery-oriented practices.
• Plan and implement annual staff training and development for Certified Peer Specialists.
• Maintain documentation and records for peer staff.
